Our outpatient program is designed to provide the essential level of care for children and adolescents, often serving as a step-down from more intensive services such as Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Day Treatment. We specialize in offering individualized therapy for children aged 3 to 17, focusing on one-on-one sessions tailored to meet each child's unique needs.
Key Features of Our Outpatient Program:
Flexible Scheduling: The number of days and hours your child participates in the program is customized based on their clinical needs, personal goals, and family objectives. This ensures that therapy is both effective and convenient for your family’s schedule.
Individualized Care: Each child receives personalized attention from our dedicated therapists, who are experienced in working with young clients. This helps to address specific challenges and promote positive development.
Collaborative Approach: Our treatment team works closely with your family to create a comprehensive discharge plan. This plan is designed to support your child's continued progress and ensure that all your family’s needs are met after completing the outpatient program.
We are committed to supporting your child’s mental health and well-being through compassionate care and evidence-based practices. Our goal is to help your child thrive and to provide your family with the tools and resources needed for lasting success.

Our Youth Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for adolescents aged 11 to 17 who continue to attend school during the day. This program provides ongoing care and a sense of community throughout the week, benefiting the entire family with regular check-ins and support groups.
Program Highlights:
Afternoon Hours During the School Year: The IOP runs on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, allowing your child to receive necessary care without disrupting their school schedule.
Summer Schedule: During the summer months, the program is offered Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, providing structured support while school is not in session.
Flexible Programming: The intensity of the program can be adjusted based on your child's progress and needs, making it an ideal solution for those who are advancing in their recovery but still require continued support beyond individual therapy sessions.
Family Involvement: The program includes regular check-ins and support groups for the whole family, ensuring that everyone is involved in the recovery process and has access to necessary resources and support.

Our Day Treatment Program, also known as the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), offers comprehensive care for adolescents aged 12 to 17. This program is ideal for youth who need more than just an hour of individual therapy each week but do not require residential care.
Program Highlights:
Full-Day Programming: The program runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, providing a structured and supportive environment throughout the week.
Comprehensive Clinical Care: Individual and Family Therapy: Personalized therapy sessions for your child and family to address specific needs and dynamics. Group Therapy: Opportunities for peer support and skill-building in a group setting. Experiential Therapy: Engaging therapeutic activities that promote healing and growth.
Evidence-Based Approach:
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): A unique approach to psychotherapy where the ART Therapist guides the client to replace negative images in the mind causing symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client's choosing. This is done quickly, often within one session, effectively eliminating triggers, nightmares, and intrusive thoughts.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Principles: Core Mindfulness: Enhancing present-moment awareness. Distress Tolerance: Building resilience to handle crises. Emotion Regulation: Managing and understanding emotions effectively. Interpersonal Effectiveness: Improving relationship and communication skills.
Structured Routine: A consistent daily schedule helps stabilize and support your child’s mental health and well-being.
Academic Support: Our program includes academic support and tutoring, ensuring that your child can continue to progress in their education while receiving the treatment they need.
Family Integration: Teens return home to their families at the end of each day, allowing them to practice and integrate new skills in a familiar environment.

As part of the treatment plan, medication may be recommended to address specific areas of concern. Our doctors work closely with both you and your child, offering step-by-step guidance to ensure a clear understanding of the benefits and responsible use of medication. This approach is complemented by quality-driven talk therapy, providing a holistic treatment strategy.
